This is a $1T+ industry that hasn't evolved in decades, but that's changing. Frontier AI is completely transforming how knowledge work is performed: with human-level intelligence, it's now possible to automate the full stack of legal & compliance work at a fraction of the time and cost.

We are building the operating system of AI agents to modernize the infrastructure of commerce and accelerate economic productivity. We are a lean team building an organization of future founders and work in-person at our Nomad office in NYC. Our founders are ex-Ramp Staff Engineers & Tech Leads.

The Role

This isn't a typical AE role where you'll execute a playbook — you'll be creating it. You'll work directly with the founders to shape GTM vision: sales motion, pricing strategy, customer segments to swarm, and more.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the founders to define the GTM vision: sales motion, pricing strategy, customer segments to swarm, and more.
  • Hunt for deals to build a robust pipeline & own customer segmentation, sourcing, qualification, closing, and post-sales activation & expansion.
  • High-velocity experimentation to identify, validate, and build repeatable sales motions.
  • Help build and mentor the GTM team.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience working in GTM at an early stage high growth startup. Bonus if you've sold into enterprises and helped spin up that motion.
  • A technical background, whether it's part of a formal education or vibe coding your own tools on nights and weekends.
  • Evidence of extreme drive and ambition (academics, athletic, etc).
