About Arca

Arca is building the legal intelligence layer for in-house teams. We centralize legal knowledge, automate routine work like contract review and redlining, and help legal teams move faster. Our platform integrates with the tools teams already use — Word, Google Drive, Slack, Salesforce, and more.

The Role

As the Founding GTM hire, you will build Arca's sales and marketing engine from scratch. You will work directly with the founders and early customers to develop positioning, drive pipeline, and close deals with in-house legal teams.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute Arca's go-to-market strategy for in-house legal teams
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to close
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and sales collateral that resonates with GCs and legal ops leaders
  • Run demos, navigate procurement, and manage enterprise sales cycles
  • Gather and relay customer insights to shape the product roadmap
  • Build relationships in the legal community through events, content, and partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or go-to-market roles
  • Experience selling to legal, compliance, or enterprise buyers is a strong plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can build process where none exists
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity about legal technology and AI
  • Excited about building something from zero to one
