Arca collapses that gap, applying the same intelligence that is accelerating discovery to the work of getting treatments into people's hands. Our long horizon agents automate tedious, manual workflows so the brightest in life sciences can focus on strategy, problem solving, and novel discovery.

We are a small, talent dense team building in person in New York City, with real customers, fast feedback loops, and a lot left to build. Arca is out of OpenAI's accelerator, and our team consists of staff engineers from Ramp, ex-government officials, and former founders.

You will work directly with the founders to create the GTM playbook from scratch: sales motion, pricing strategy, customer segments, outbound experiments, events, partnerships, and more.

• Work directly with the founders to define the GTM vision, sales motion, pricing strategy, and customer segments across life sciences
• Build and own a robust pipeline from sourcing and qualification through closing, activation, and expansion
• Run high-velocity experiments to identify and build repeatable sales motions
• Help build and mentor the GTM team

• Experience in GTM at an early stage high-growth startup, especially selling into enterprises
• A technical background, whether from formal education or building your own tools
• You have been obsessively good at something and know what it feels like to chase excellence
